Use It Tuesday Challenge #38

Hello Bloggers! I am  so excited for the challenge this week!  I know that most of you will have no trouble finding mountains of this particular hoarded item!
And now, for the challenge! We challenge you to USE YOUR RIBBON!  I'm not talking about the stuff you bought last week. No, what I want to see is the ribbon that you have stashed away for a rainy day, the stuff that you're hoarding! It's time to pull it out and use it!

For this challenge I wanted to do something really different. I searched high and low for creative ideas using ribbon and I settled on flowers. I love how they turned out and plan on making more real soon. This won't be a problem because I am a big time ribbon hoarder! I can't help myself. Every time I walk into a dollar store I come out with numerous rolls of ribbon. I have every intention to use it but for some reason I never have the right colour when I need it. So I keep collecting! I was going to do a tutorial for these flowers but honestly, you can find it here! My favourite was the Ruched ribbon flower  where your "Ribbon is first gathered in a zig-zag pattern then rolled together to shape flower." A little time consuming but so worth it!

I would love to see what you create with your hoarded ribbon!
Be sure to tell us in your post what you used!
Please link your creation using Inlinkz by Friday September 7th, 2012. No blog? No problem! Just use keyword USE38 when uploading to an online gallery and leave us a direct link so we can find your creation. (Linking tips are at the bottom of the post!)
Please make sure to mention you are playing along with a Use It Tuesday challenge (a link is great too!) so we know you are participating.
As always, one lucky participant will be randomly chosen to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge!
We can't wait to see what you create! Now go Use It!!
