Art House Mixed Media Canvas

Hello blogger friends,

I've been missing in action for the last two weeks. It's not because I've stopped creating. I've been busy working on my first on-line class and although the art part is fun, learning video editing...not so much! For the sake of not neglecting my blog too much, I pulled this project from last January.

I made this for a friend who was opening a new location for her studio and since it's called The Art House Studio she wanted a bunch of house canvases for her walls.

I love this little house, especially the heart. It was difficult giving it away but I'm glad this canvas has a great home!

I printed the quote on Diji-Transparency from Design Originals. 

It worked really well and I was able to avoid my own hand writing!

I also added a two part crackle medium to the entire surface.
